Kartik Sharma joins as Business Development Director
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Kartik Sharma as Business Development Director.
Kartik’s appointment will further strengthen the Payment Pros & Bankzy Open Banking businesses, as we cater for the growing demand in the UK market for our payment solutions.
Kartik has consistently demonstrated success in the Wholesale, Retail & Convenience sector in recent years, most notably from his time at American Express.
In his role, Kartik will be responsible for further developing our existing customer portfolios for which we now manage over £1bn + of payments annually across the Payment Pros & Bankzy Open Banking solutions.
We welcome Kartik to the team and wish him every success in his new role!
Bankzy Open Banking Launches
Payment Pros has successfully launched the Bankzy Open Banking payment solution to a variety of it’s existing and new customers in the UK. The solution supports businesses with cost savings of more than 80% versus equivalent debit, business debit and commercial debit transaction fees, coupled with Instant settlements on all payments processed.
With several of the UK’s largest Food & Beverage Wholesalers, Builders Merchants & I.T. Distributors as customers of Bankzy Open Banking already, the solution is now being adopted for use with further leading UK Businesses in the coming weeks, including Imperial Cash & Carry, and Khanjra International.
Celebrate Wholesale Event 20th April 2023
Payment Pros are delighted to be headline sponsor of the upcoming ”Celebrate Wholesale” event, being held in London on April 20th 2023. With over 600 attendees from the Wholesale Food & Beverage sector, it is a great event to connect with everyone in the Industry. And to support the fundraising goals of the Every Well charity.

Whilst 2022 presented significant economic challenges, the ability to support businesses in reducing payment processing costs resulted in a very successful year for Payment Pros and our customers.
Now with over 100 UK clients, 500+ terminals in operation, and managing payment flows of £80m per month, our team are looking forward to continued growth in 2023. With a key focus on supporting UK businesses with all aspects of accepting customer payments across our range of solutions.
