Payment Pros Support
When I make an enquiry, do I have to provide my current provider statements?

Yes, in order for the Payment Pros team to assess your current costs & provide suitable recommendations as part of our service. By providing your existing provider statements, we can accurately detail to you the potential cost savings as part of your summary proposal we provide.

How long does the process take after I make an enquiry?

Within 24 hours from receiving your enquiry, a member of the Payment Pros team will have reviewed & analysed your current provider statement. Our team will drop you an email to advise this has been completed, and that our range of partners have been contacted. This process typically takes 2-3 working days. You will then receive a summary proposal from us on e-mail, as well as a follow up call from one of our team to answer any questions you may have.

After making an enquiry and receiving my summary from Payment Pros, am I obligated to change provider?

Not at all. Payment Pros are here to best help and advise. Once you have received your summary proposal from us, and we have taken you through any questions Рit is then solely your choice  whether to proceed. Payment Pros do not charge our clients for our services, and your proposal will be valid for 30 days from issue date.

When I submit information to you, how is my data handled?

Once I have made an enquiry and sent my details, will I be contacted directly by your partners?

No you will not. Part of our service is to save you time, and deal with multiple providers on your behalf. The only time you will be contacted by one of our partner providers is after reviewing your summary proposal & advising your Payment Pros consultant that you wish to proceed with a new set up.

What agreements do you have in place with your partners in relation to handling my data?

Once you have selected a new provider through us, we will Introduce you to the provider of choice & allow them to manage the set up process with you. The Payment Pros team will always be here to help and answer any questions during and after this process.

How can I establish the exact savings I have made thanks to Payment Pros?

A service we offer all of our clients is one where we offer to review your new provider set up after a set period of time.
